Yes, our custom Citrix StoreFront websites are responsive by default. However it is optional for customers if they are really not concerning the responsive look on devices. As Citrix StoreFront delivers ‘anywhere -any device’ access, we put attention over the look and user experience with our Custom Citrix StoreFront receiver web interfaces. Your mobile/tablet users will get better user experience with our custom interface than the default StoreFront interface.
Yes, our Customized Interface will be applied on your Desktop based Windows Receiver Client too.
Yes, we can customize your 2nd factor logon screen too. You may use any 3rd party (Azure MFA, Duo or anything else) or default radius authentication for multifactor where we can customize everything based on the limitation by 3rd party. You have to inform during project startup which 2nd factor you are using. However we don’t mind to help implement it after completion or later time as well.
1 week in general. 2 days for design and 3 days of development is actually what we require. However it may take little longer incase if the design phase takes time due to your slow review/response. Also if you are implementing more custom features that may take a little more time as well. The timeframe will be discussed and delivery time will be committed before the project starts.
The standard features that most companies require are Announcements, Web Links, Documents, Downloads, Active Directory Info, Client Info, Twitter, RSS, Forgot Password, Forgot Username, Password Reset by Admin and few more. However we are ready to hear your specific requirements and convert them as features for you.
Yes, we do provide an admin module called IAdmin which lets you manage all your custom features such as Announcements, links etc. You can add/edit/delete your posts. We can also customize this admin module specific to client requirements. For example few clients want to post Announcements, links on group based where few clients may like to manage these on OU based. Yes, we can add our custom features into your existing Citrix StoreFront interface either it has a default look or customized look. Our cost differs based on your customized design which will be discussed and estimated then.
No, if you are only customizing the look and feel (Branding only package). If you are willing add our custom features then we recommend going for SQL. You may have a simple SQL Express edition which is good enough. However we have XML based solution which we can offer for the customers those who not like to go for SQL.
Yes, our Remote Install Assistance applies to all interface customers at free of cost. We can support you from remote using web based remote programs.
Usually No. We never ask your credentials unless in specific/critical situation. However in such a situation you can create some temporary passwords for us to use for installation purpose. Generally we ask you to login to the systems (IW: SQL Database) and then we proceed our work while you monitoring everything.

Yes, it is yours. You only pay us for one interface and it is your own choice to install in any number of servers/instances/websites.
