CIS Process

This is how we process our Custom Interface projects

Requirement Gathering

In most cases the requirements are gathered before the proposal. However there may be some specific ideas that client wants to discuss regarding their design requirement which will be discussed during the project start.

Design phase

We generally need 1 week of time to complete the design phase. Generally we deliver 3 design options and sometimes more based on the requirements. We deliver design as image files for client review with possible options to choose.

Design Approval

Client reviews and suggests for any changes. The review phase can generally go till our design satisfies the client.

Development

We start the development upon getting the design approval. The development goes on our server and the URL will be publicly available for client’s review. It generally takes 1 week of time to complete the customization; however based on the custom features it may take 2 or 3 weeks. The timeline will be indicated clearly to the client.

Approval & Delivery

The client reviews the completed work and provides feedback. Upon getting the approval the installation package will be delivered. The installation package will be a CLI based installer or set of files zipped in a folder with a proper installation guide for client’s system administrator.

Support

The first step of support begins at installation, client can avail our Free Remote Installation Support. All our custom interface package will cover 90 days of bug fix warranty. We also don’t mind to make small changes during the warranty period.
