Requirements
We agree what the portal should look like and do. Most of this happens before the proposal, and anything new is settled at kick-off.
Design
Within about a week you receive three or more design options as images, built around your brand.
Design approval
You review, we refine. We keep going until the design is right.
Development
We build on our own servers at a public URL so you can review the real thing. Allow one week, or two to three with custom features.
Approval and delivery
Once you approve, you receive an installer or a packaged set of files with an installation guide for your administrators.
Support
Free remote installation support, followed by a 90-day bug-fix warranty that also covers small changes.

Does DartRelay already include themes?
Yes. DartRelay ships with a set of ready-made portal themes, and the collection keeps growing. A custom theme is for when you want the portal to match your brand exactly.
Can each tenant have its own theme?
Yes. DartRelay's Tenancy and Branding feature binds branding to each tenant and URL, and we can design a separate theme for every one of them.
Will a custom theme survive DartRelay upgrades?
Yes. Themes are built on DartRelay's theming layer rather than by editing core files, and because we build DartRelay, we keep your theme compatible with new releases.
How long does a custom theme take?
Usually about a week: design options first, then development on our servers so you can review it before installation.
